It would depend on how much the speed of water flow through the flat tubes of this heatercore was reduced, compared to a similar core with both barbs on one end, and the effect that the change in flow speed had on cooling.
I would guess that this might be a good heatercore to pair with any block, but without the actual measurement data I couldn't say that with a lot of confidence.
Maybe later this evening I'll do some more detailed performance guesstimations, but I've had a four year old sitting on my shoulders while writing most of this post, and it's time to play Candyland.
