I think all of that is good, but some things to think about:
OCWC's blocks ( the Cu one and more so the Ag one) will blow the swiftecs away for now.
the 4"x4" radiator that OCWC sells smoke the forced path lil 5x5 ones!
and the metal res tank may only help conduct heat back into your case, but it would be a mintor thing to worry about compared to the others. But the block and radiator that you picked are not so good.
