The choice of a PC game for the temperature monitoring portion of the testing is a bit strange; I have also noticed video card GPUs drastically decrease in performance when overheating. The second testing with Rightmark seemed to suggest that this wasn't solely responsible for FPS dips. however.
Otherwise that was a really informative article and quite well done. This is probably where Bill tries to talk me into buying an incubator
