I have it happen to me at least once a day.

At first I thought it was driver related, because I only used Logitech mice up until a while ago...but my IBM/MicroInnovations mice do the same thing.

The way I cure it, I randomly click each mouse button in an open space on my desktop and it goes away.

Oh yeah, I think this has been a bug since Windows 95.
