Try acceleration in MouseWare. It will increase/decrease the movement speed. Mine has two settings I use:

desktop: 1" = corner to corner
gaming: 3" = corner to corner

When I'm in Windows, I just barely twitch to move around ... and this mouse has the resolution to handle it.

Oh, and if anything does go wrong with your mouse (like starts double-clicking in the future), just call Logitech and say your batteries blew up: they'll send you another one for free without you having to worry about shipping the broken one back. Their warranty/RMA policies are unbelievably friendly.
