I used a CircelSaw(dunno the real name in english, a spinning blade) Then i file it and polish the ends.
Its 11mm thick so i use Silicon and Screws.

Im planning to cool A CPU226W Tec, NortBirdge, PSU, HDD, VGA and VGA mem chips.
The VGA is a Parhelia and the pump is a Sicce IDRA.
