Okay, I am planning on buying a dual 120mm fan radiator, and I was wondering if I could just turn the fans off for overnight...if not....how quiet is 120mm PanafloH1A on 7v?

EDIT
if i were to add another radiator(the same as the first one), but make it fanless, would that make any difference? the radiator i will be using is a XLR120 equivalent.
