As far as i know, no.

Because there's alot of programs that just make an perfect image of the data (bits) on the CD. So when they copy it, they also copy the corrupted data, where it is, and without actually reading it as a whole.

Programs like BlindRead and others can eliminate those types of copy protection.

I might be wrong, but its my 0.02 cents.
