this is what you should really do, cos' choosing the material for your application needs more info. What you wanna do - seal the waterblock, with bolts/no bolts, size, application, free area for sealant....I'm no expert of any kind for this stuff, but pls. post some more info on what you need to achieve, and, I'm sure your questions will be answered...
