My MCW462-UHT will do -32 deg C @ 12 VDC (no load - other than ambient losses)...
E-1250, D-Tek core, (2) Delta 120mm 152 CFM push/pull, 18 deg C amb air, 23 deg C water
1/16" hole x 1.25 dp into center of CP with Type K thermocouple (+/- 0.1 deg. C accuracy)
