Default W/C upgrade

After upgrading to a (noisy) TI4200, there's gonna be some rebuilding which leads to these questions:

1)
Will I damage my Eheim 1048, if I mount it upside down (outlet pointing down)

2)
Will a 200L/H pump and a BIX with papst 120mm 46CFM at 7V be able to cool a GF4 TI4200 with a innovatek, dangerden or swiftech head (if i should prefer one over another, please write so) all the above will run on a seperate loop, with nio connection to the CPU.

3)
Will 4 80mm at 7V be more efficient (and equally quiet) than my two 120mm papst at 7V, when blowing (or sucking) through a Heatercore (Approx. 230 long, 145mm wide and 30mm deep)?
Planning on getting pabst, if they will yield better.

4)
The correct way to connect the components are(?):
pump -> CPU -> rad -> resv, right?

right now the rad-config are (and will be the same with the heatercore):
