You cannot possible state that with any degree of certainty. The flow resistance of the different blocks, fittings, etc. is cumulative, and finding a solution to the amount of head produced is either an iterative or graphical problem, since you've got to match the flow and resistance with a similar flow and pressure for the pump used. It's certainly not as simple as measuring how tall the system is.
