There are lots of things in a computer case that make heat besides these two things. If you don't do something to remove the heat from the case the nitrogen will heat up, just as air will. If you watercool your CPU and GPU you can effectively remove these two heat sources, but what about the PSU, hard drives, memory, voltage regulators on the motherboard, etc? Perhaps you could add a chiller coil into the sealed chamber, and then circulate the air past this to keep the air both moving and cool.
