There is a lot of heat generated by lots of various components, these will all build up until you have a high (comparitivly) equalibrium, I'd guess between 30~40DegC, my mobo reaches 30DegC
out of case!...
All that work just to prevent condensation?, a maintanance nightmare!

, why not just thermostaticly control the TEC's so they don't dip below the dew point?...
