Is your system going to a blue screen of death and then restarting or just spontaneously restarting?
If BSoD;
Go to Control Panels->System->Advanced Tab. You should see a button that takes you to advanced settings in there somewhere and it will say "Automatically reboot after system failure". Uncheck it to see what kind of BSoD you are getting.
If NOT BSoD;
Replace your power supply.
