Note how too much of the stuff has a drastic effect!

Uhh..., considering ambient temp also rose 1 degree on his graph, he's only doing 1 degree worse than straight distilled water. And considering he's using a Duron, he'll be measuring with a socket-thermistor of some type most likely. I don't consider a 1-degree difference on a socket-thermistor to be a drastic effect, imho it's more of a slight increase.
I've got water-wetter in my system, if I remember right it's sitting right around Redline's recommended mixture. I've only got a socket-thermistor myself so I can't really give you anything meaningful in terms of numbers, and I haven't tried running straight distilled water to compare against, but I'm very happy with the way it performs relative to the air-cooling I had before (I can get a 200Mhz stable OC now - I could not OC at all - and I tried - with the air-cooler, and it's also way quieter now) and it keeps me happy knowing I have an anti-corrosion agent in my coolant that is also toxic to a large number of things that could grow in there (though I do want a better growth-prevention additive still).
