I treated myself to a dremel router bench today. Works great for making the cuts into the base of the water block.

i have made the grooves 2mm into the base. The pics look rubish so i didnt post them.

will do some more work on the base and top in the morning.
The dremel bench will help me to cut the inside of the lexan top when it arrives too.
