There's not a lot of info to help you here!

Maybe it's as simple as: you accidentally disconnected the power button.

On the other hand, assuming that the PSU is powering on (does the fan start spinning? Does it continue to spin?), you could have a dead PSU, or an overload condition, which causes the PSU to shut down.

As a test, you can actually power up the mobo without a video card: it should force a series of beeps.

Otherwise, it could indeed be a corrupt BIOS.
