Ive seen some on Ebay recently.
But if youre talking about National standard taper #30 for your mill, then you most likely will not be able to find a holder that has a capacity below 3/16ths " and will have to use a drill chuck to hold the small shank of these end mills.
If youre looking for some of these holders, wttool.com has a few of them for around $20 each.
If you cant find some and you have a decent drill chuck with an adapter(not too much run out) to fit your mill, Id just use that and tighten the chuck real good on the end mills.
Personally, I would just get a good keyless chuck and forget about it.
Jacobs makes the best ones that I know of(this si what I use), but they cost around $250.
Previously, I used a sub-$50 keyless chuck and happened to luck out and get one with only 0.005" runout.
The jacob's chuck, I cant even measure the runout on my indicator(0.0005" increments).
I use my keyless chuck all the time to mill(easier to for tool change)and it works great.
