I dont have a drillchuck...even though i really need one... Maybe I'll go for wttool.

I found this: 30-40-50 National Standard Taper End Mill Holders $26.5500 Hole Size: 3/16 Taper: 30

Thats the shit. But with to wide hole...can't find any smaller
