Not so long ago, I e-mailed Bladerunner on the subject of ATI Radeon 9700/9800 waterblocks. His reply was as follows:
Quote:
"I'm trying to get my vga cooler builds made into a buyable kit format, but with limited funds to throw at the task it's an uphill struggle and may end up costing out more to make them than people would be prepared to pay for such a thing, I will keep at it though. Additional to this I'm assisting Gainward in a cooling project as well." (well, we know what that one is... )
"The Radeon 9700Pro build article is outlined here if you haven't seen it yet.

updates to the above including overclocking with volt mods plus other findings and results are detailed in this topic

The way I tend to work is not that pre-planed as I usually make basic measurements on the copper piece and mill it out adjusting as I go.
I have since taken more accurate measurements from the finished blocks to have a batch CNC'd some initial samples of VPU and backside ramblock shown here:

At this stage I don't have the ability to make custom one offs for people and It's most likely it will be some for of complete kit including water-blocks for the ram. Ram water-blocks were required for my card to run through a 3d app with heat-related issues. DDrII has even more serious heat issues that I found in making a block set for a Geforce FX 5800 Ultra

So let's keep our fingers crossed and hope he can get a kit out...
