Hey Ben,

Yes, two BIEs.
No, IMHO TEC water-chillers are generally not worth the expense.

26 deg C is not that great - no load and still 6 deg C OVER ambient! (I was hoping for sub-zero temps when I first put this puppy together...

) Some of us just have to experiment and learn the hard way...
