That's probably the best summary of the principles behind watercooling I have seen. Short and to the point.

Though you might want to remove "cavitation" as this is where negative pressure either at pump inlets are around ship propellers causes the water to vapourise. This is not really a good thing as it will wreck efficiency. Though I knew what you meant. Edit that out and it will be a good summary to this thread which I now have linked in my sig for the benefit of anyone who believes otherwise.
