I read the title and immediately thought "He's gonna take a picture of the toilet after he's taken a dump"

I guess there are no pictures because he dropped the digicam into the bowl after the deed and is too horrified to attempt to retrieve it, and is busy debating with himself whether or not he should just simply flush anyway and cut his losses.
