My sleep schedule is pretty eratic. Some nights I'll go to bed by 9, and get up at 7 for work, others I'll stay up till 3 in the morning and still be up by 7 for work. On the weekends I can get anywhere from 13 hours of sleep a night to none. It all depends on what's going on. My body has become pretty forgiving of a constantly changing schedule and I can usually go for about 2.5 days without sleep before my body starts demanding it and needs to catch up.
