Ah ah ah ... there are two ranges of multipliers that are used in the processors: 12.5x and below, and 13x and above. Without rough surgery to your chip and/or board, you will not be able to get above 12.5x. In reality, if you are using good memory, you shouldn't need that anyway: 12.5x200 = 2500 mhz. Mine is currently at 12.5x204.
Your chip IS unlocked or you wouldn't be able to change it to 12.5x.
