the pump i'm gona be using is the Hydor L30 (320GPH).
when I looked at it it looked like there was maybe 3/4" between the top of the card and the cover which isn't really much bigger than the outside dia of 1/2 tubing, was more concerned with the bend radius on the tubing being able to really bend around thay corner properly, I plan on using the tygon tubing, but haven't actualy ordered it yet so I don't know yet exactly how tight it can bend.
even using that big case it's hard to fit everything in, i've modeled it up in 3d already and both the radiator and resrvoir I had to mount externaly (when using the black ice extreme 2) because I couldn't really fit them inside.
