I really would try to avoid the Velocity pumps. Too much power draw/heat, and it will be an overly significant proportion of the heat which your radiators have to deal with. The MD-20RZ would be the better choice of those two, and I'd hazard a guess that the MD-15R would also be better again, just in terms of reducing pump heat. I know you're using dual radiators, but as a stab in the dark, you'd be looking at around 6 to 7lpm with the MD-15R, and 7-8lpm with the MD-20RZ, and for the flow rate increase between the two pumps and the resulting impact that has on the various block's performance, the extra heat of the MD-20RZ would probably overwhelm that "block benefit", and you'd end up cooling about the same, but stuck with a pump draws draws more power and costs you more.

I'm sorry to keep saying it, but it really has hit home to me that the "more is better" with pumps simply is a red herring.
