BTW: About the wet sand idea, pouring molten metals into anything wet will get you explosive results, do not try this.

Also the waterblock on the Tt Aquarius kit is cast copper for what ever thats worth. It's prolly easier/cheaper to mass produce blocks this way, but I doubt the results are stellar or everybody would be doing it.
