i dont have acess to any form of mills or such. maybe i can get my hands on a drillpress if im lucky ... i have a chunk of 8mm plexi
20cm*20cm*8mm
and some 1mm thick copper i will trie to get some thicker as soon as i find out where i can get it here in sweden.

is there anything even remotely effective i can make with this ?

it will be cooling a tbredb 1700 if all things goes right.
