Fair enough, but the distinction is very slim, being a review site saying what the manufacturer wants them to say vs the manufacturer saying it directly themselves.
Not a glaring example, but still a few anomalies can be found on Asetek's WaterChill page:

So basically they're saying that it's the best performing water-cooling kit on the market, and nothing can beat it on price, or more literally and the devil is in the details with these marketing people is that no one else sells at exactly the same price as them.
