I think you're definately going to have to explain the lack of ATI. Other than that it's really hard, every person wants a computer for a little bit of a different reason, which is why most people who can built a custom system do built their own. However I think thoes systems are fairly middle of the road with a good balance of disk space, video performance processor speed etc. I'm not sure what other people think, but I sometimes wonder if packing that much RAM really helps the average user so much - mayeb if you do a lot of multitasking or some graphics stuff (I guess video editing and that is getting more popular) Oh and I almost forgot, running windows - definately a memory hog - but still I can't help but think that money could be spent elsewhere, but that's just me I game lots and I have lots of files - if I was buying the 200+ system I would prefer a better vid card and 512 ram, or a bigger HD, but liek I said, REALLY depends on the end-user.

I'm running 1024MB ram right now(1.7 Celeron), and I don't really notice a difference between 512MB. In my P4 2.4 I did notice a huge difference between 256MB and 512MB Dual Channel. For me the "noticing" point seems to still be 256 and 512 MB. (but then daul channel may have been a factor )

Anyone else with thoughts on that RAM?
