Don't bother with that, just hack the ATX connector so that the motherboard doesn't get the pwr_ok/pwr_good signal until the circuit is happy

Just like on the vapochills (grey wire=pwr_good/pwr_ok)

Edit: oops, just looked over the atx spec and pwr_ok is grey, not purple. Purple is 5vsb. Oops
