The MD-15 would be a good choice of those three. The MD-15 is a little shorter that the MD-20 models but is about the same height and width.

There is a thrid model of MD-20 you don't list in your choices the MD-20rlzt which has a higher head rate & lower flow rate. The MD-20 z pumps are a better choice for water cooling a PC than the rlt or rlxt types.

Both the 15rl & 20rlzt matched with your large single pass rad should serve you well.

What water blocks are you going to be running?
