1C + - a bit.

The trick to these pumps is that the MD-20 adds more heat to the water from the pump it self. That added heat from the larger pump acts to balance the differance between the two pumps. With 4 strong fans on the rad you might do better than 1C but it won't be much more. 4 strong fans though = loud.

And a MD-20 is about 3" longer than the MD-15 which will make it a tougher pump to fit in a case.

Both are good pumps. And the site you put up did have a MD-20rz (I see now they don't have the MD-20rlzt with threaded inlet/outlets) listed, but with hose barb connections instead of threaded ones. Would still work just as well. The thing with the WMD pumps is they are louder due to a cheaper motor used, cooling performace would be the same I'd think. The MD-20rz is 4 douwn from the MD-15. It's $50.00 more money though. Comes down to how much is getting that last 1C worth.
