that dBa vs CFM seems suspicious to me: near Panaflo L1A noise with near Panaflo H1A airflow? If trusted big name fan mfgrs can't do that, then the likelihood of some small mfgr who is catering to the case mod crowd pulling it off seems slim.
I haven't been very satisfied with my M1As. Too loud.
