first off alot of things come into play when you go for high speed/lower voltages..
yes a 60w or maybe even 40w tec could cool a reg. NB, but then you have the NF2 chipset which IM on.. the thing at 2v VDD and high DC fsb can roast an egg with the stock cooling. after strait h20 cooling the NB voltage still needed to be the same to run the fsb in DC mode same as stock. so I added a 12v 80w pelt at 7v and got temps around 5-10c and voltage needed for max oc dropped some from 2.05v to 1.95v, but I still wasn't happy so I ran the tec at 13v and was able to run the voltage at only 1.73v thus lowering overall temp's even more at load. Im now at -13c load and thats amazing.. I can't really say how I did the pelt setup yet as I have someone looking over the way i did it for maybe a new NB retail block.
