Under full load I am showing in MBM5 a temp of 45° C with an ambient room temp of about 23° C.

The old CPU was only at about 38° C under full load with the same room temp.
What kinda cooling are u using?

Removing the HS inn many cases leav a too big gap between the CPU and HSF that there will not be pressure on the core anymore... and thats a bad bad bad bad bad thing
