Well the test tube I have is clearflex60 and the color of the water inside with the UV highlighter dye is CLEAR without UV light.
Put light on it and wow it glows nice and bright.

If your real curious as I am, just make some for $1 and put it into a test tube of clearflex. Im going to hook it up to a spare pump now a let it run non stop.

I dont thing the UV dye will mess with tubing.
