At a guess, the kryotech can't cope with the heat load.
The vapochill can only dissipate 100W.
You are using it to cool the cpu the chipset and the gpu. I'm not sure, but I'd say this is definitely more than 100W.
Also, the design of the waterblock connected to the kryotech would be very important. I would suspect that the thermal resistance is too high, resulting in a high temperature difference across block.
There are different approaches to phase change, depending on whether you're going for water chilling or direct evaporation, and I'm not sure how interchangable they are.
