I have been working with this too.
If anyone has a copper cored radiator or heater core I'd love to know.

All I can find in aluminium and brass.

Annoyingly, when I pursued making my own, the thinnest wall for copper I could get was 4 times thicker than brass.

Check out the respective K values and you'll find brass around 3 times worse, so the thinner brass is better than thicker copper....
