THE CHALLENGE: design me a phase change system that will fit neatly underneath a lian-li pc75b in some sort of box, and is completely self contained for under $400

first off, i know about the theoretical workings of phase change systems, but nothing about different parts and what works best with what. i want it small (none of these systems with seperate cases for the cooling) but nice. i have 400 bucks to spend, help me out here
