as far as the supreme mag-drive pumps are concerned, i would opt for the mag-3 rather than the mag-5. the mag-5 pump has the same max head as the mag-3, but uses 45 watts while the mag-3 uses 35 (the mag-5 is a little more powerful, generally having greater flow rate than the mag-3). also, the mag drive pumps tend to have leaky housings (easily fixed with some silicone sealant however) and has a strong EMP which will make your monitor flicker if its close enough.

personally i wouldnt invest in a new pump. im not sure you would get temps any better than what youre getting now (of course then only real way to find out is to buy the pump, but i wouldnt get your hopes up). instead, i would try to find ways to lower the ambient temp to the radiator or try increasing the airflow through it.
