I run two 80mm Black Ice Micro in parallel though I use 3/8" hoses and they fit on VERY tight (you don't want to know the trouble I had putting the tubes over the 1/2"--> 2x 3/8" Y splitters)
(I got them so I could fit them side by side at the top of my case with the fan holes and not have to worry about modding my nice new case as I didn't have the tools).
Think about the area of the connections: 2 x 3/8" = 570mm2 1x 1/2" = 506.7mm2 (sorry for the metric conversion). This would mean that your liquid would travel slower through the radiators i.e. a preasure drop sure but it woudl spend more time in the fins and so cool better (that's my philosophy anyway) while keeping the preasure high where you need it (entering your water blocks).
As to the dual radiator idea I tried looking for something similar at the start... no luck for me.. they all had an inch of so added on at the "bottom" and thus wouldn't fit correctly.
My parallel radiators seem to work great I can get pretty close to "ambiant" (asuming like I have had tested my mobo reads temps 15oC or so HIGHER than normal) using them with two fans on each. (OK its a bit noisy but I have fan controller to switch them to low power bring the temp up 10oC).
