Grab a core like the DTek Pro is made from.

Take it to a radiator work shop. Have them remove the tanks. Cut it in half length-ways, and use one half of the top tank on the bottom of one of the halves, so now you have a single pass 8cm wide radiator. Bend the tanks a bit so that they roughly meet where required and then solder it up.

Could could probably DIY one up happily if you had a mitre box and clamp to ensure you cut the radiator in half properly, and a soldering blowtorch.
