Almost.

The +12v line (yellow) on the PSU is the one that can carry the load, you've got that right. The return line on the PSU (Antec) is called the GROUND, and is black.

I can't tell you about the VPSU (Meanwell), but you should look for a GROUND there as well. It's possible that it's labelled as "V-", but that's rare.

You might want to re-read OnDaEdg's article: there's a few tips in there you'll need.
