Exact same principles in copper core design as the Innovatek Rev3 blocks and the WetandChillyChips CPU Block... not for the overclocker, but fine for someone looking for silence at stock or mildly oc'd speeds and taking the watercooling approach. All it has to do is keep the CPU below 60 degrees at the end of the day according to AMDs specs etc...
