If you can provide a precise measurement of the heater core in question, I can provide the measurements of the motherboard side of the yycube.

First thing, though, I would recommend that you cut out the cage at the front that has the plastic card stabilizers in it. It's just in the way and uses up about three inches of space at the front of the case.
