For more detailed analysis by the people who know, this is taken verbatim from email correspondence with Harley @ SystemFx, posted with his permission ("no probs, post were you please")and one caveat; 200GPH pumps are still being tested:

Our 5/16 inlet size is 5/16ID 3/8OD. 3/8 is 3/8ID 7/16OD. 1/2 is 1/2ID 9/16OD
Attached are some images of the pumps with some new improvements.

both 120GPH and 200GPH are 3.5" diameter
120 is 2.1" wide, 200 is 2.6" wide.

120GPH 110/120VAC @ 60Hz 3.4 Watts
200GPH 110/120VAC @ 60Hz 9.5 Watts
Very low temp yield (very low, if any, heat added to system)

120GPH PT-188 comes in 5/16 and 3/8
200GPH PT-288 will come in 3/8 and 1/2

PSI's will vary, but if you need to know
120GPH has a 2' power head
200GPH has a 4' power head
