I use Panaflo with great success.
I use the L1A which is Not 100cfm but it does great with any heatercore and is very silent. I think its around 70 cfm.

You could use 2 of them one to push and one to pull with shroud and be all good.

I dont think its right to get a 100cfm fan a 7v mod it, you should just get L1A if your thinking of 7v mod for silent operation.
